got new version - now TN wont open

Hi

I was urged to download this latest version http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/TNv2Setup2.1.84.msi by support to fix some cycling and mouse set up issues - but after downloading now TN wont open at all.:confused:

Please could you let me know how to fix this.

I play entirely on stars and heard there will be a dedicated ninja version for it. Where can I get that version and would I need to delete entirely and re install?

The problem I am having is that I just downloaded the newest update, but after the installation TN2 says that my trial has ended even though i still had like 55 days of trial (just started using it).
