Was working fine earlier. Did a small import from some PT3 hands from the last 2 weeks. HUD is now showing player name as * and is not showing any data. I am receving the hhs though. I am using XP and HM 1.11.05e.

Hi,

it sounds like you may be using an inorrect or blank HUD

Please see this thread on starting a new HUD FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Choose Configuration (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/202/Choose+Configuration) Choose Configuration
In step 5 in that FAQ youll see the use for TAB, for each configuration you choose in the dropdown you can specify what gametype that HUD is shown for. If any of the tick marks conflict with any of the other configurations you've made it wont know which to use and so it will switch to the default hud. If you're not seeing the correct HUD then most likely it's because of a conflict so double check these are setup correctly.

Update**Seems to work around half the time. Either perfect or no data. At times works on 3 but nothing on fourth. Players coming into table show player that has left stats.

Try creating a new empty database, reimport all your hands.
Did any of the PT3 processed hands result in import errors, when imported into HoldemManager 1.11.05e?

New database. There was some errors importing. Same problem with hud. Getting the 0/-/-/- What do you think about an uninstall/reinstall?

Reinstall using the 93 mb full installer @ http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe

Do save your custom HUD by exporting it first.
