Hello guys, my computer started yesterday to make following error, and today it started to freeze out my computer and prevented making any actions in Stars MTT and crashed PokerStars software multiple times. Noted that it was linked to HEM2 (when hoovering over HEM2 in my toolbar it showed both control interface and following error) :

118921

Roughly text in English: "An unhandled exception in application. If you choose to continue, the application will ignore the error and attempt to continue to operate. If you click quit, the application will close immediately.

You can not use the deleted object.
Object Name: MouseForm."

By far most alarming bug in HEM2 which I have encountered. And I have encountered quite many.

Please reinstall Microsoft .NET Framework -
http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1881/Holdem+Manager+.NET+Cleanup+Instructions

Afterwards, please make sure that you update windows completely. Keep checking to make sure that there are no more updates, until it shows twice, five minutes apart that there are no more updates available.

I did as you advised, but didn't help. It happened just again when playing and having HEM2 open at the same time.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.
