hem doesn't count hands in reports

hi!
i'm using HEM Small Stakes 1.09. once my pc had an error while hem was running. i've shut it down by Program Manager and since then hem does not count played hands. hud is working well, but no one hand is saved in reports and session tab does not refresh with a new played session.
i've made a backup to previous date but it does not help:

tell me please what should i do?
should i use the 'Reset All profiles' button in my holdem manager account and uninstall hem and then install it back? thanks

Create a new empty database (options--> database management) and reimport your hands.

well, i've done like you said but now holdem manager is working well and hud does not work. it does not appear at the table with auto import ON (even if the check box 'Launch HUD with Autoimport' is activated )
but when i do manually 'Relaunch HUD' it appears and shows nothing: -/-/-/-/... no statistics

If that doesnt resolve it downgrade to: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
