Hi,

My table ninja FT is laggin a lot everytime itīs my time to act. The number on the box goes everytime to pot size, before getting back to current opening size/ post flop %.

Never happened before, can you help me?

Are you using Vista or Windows 7? If so try disableing UAC according to the following instructions:
