View Full Version : Sensei registering for more than "Concurrent SNGs to keep playing"

Hi,

I decided to register for a bunch of Micro Millions satellites (on Stars). Using version 2.1.72.0. I set "Concurrent SNGs at a time" to 6 as well as "Concurrent SNGs to keep playing" to 6 (as shown in the images)

The filters I selected means there are numerous SNGs up (i.e. registering to all types of satellite so, some are $1.90, some $1.50, some $7 etc).

It kept registering after it had opened 6 tables and I was wondering if this was because I'm not registering to 1 specific SNG type? I used to do this with TN1 and it was fine, not as much luck so far with TN2.

Hey, thanks for the reply. This is the Sensei tab (as well as what the filter produces in terms of the tournaments)

And what are you Pokerstars Filters settings please post a screenshot as i was unable to reproduce once you send the screenshot i will try to reproduce using your settings

I was unable to reproduce please reproduce the issue and send us your log files i will get the developer to look over them for errors

Go to the settings tab in TN2 > click on send logs to Table Ninja

Once you do this it will create a zipped file with all the settings/logs, Please note the location the files are being saved to.

Once you do this attach the zipped file to an email and send it to us so we can review it for any errors.

This is documented in a ticket
HM-7082 TN2 Sensei registers in more tourneys than is set in "total concurrent play"
but we need more info, so when you will send logs, please mention ticket # in email to easy add your logs in that ticket.

I have the same problem.I tried to send a mail with my settings and log,but the mail could not go trough.

Current stage of the ticket HM-7082 still is Open, Unresolved.

I have the same problem.
I've tried sanding a mail to support@tableninja.com with my set up screen shot and my TN2 log, but this was what I got:

Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the server for the recipient domain tableninja.com by tableninja.com. [67.207.131.217].

The error that the other server returned was:
552 5.3.4 Error: message file too big
