HEM deciding to fail for no reason

I've been using 1.12.11 forever and it's been fine give or take a few weird snags, so why now when I don't updatre or anything should it start being an idiot? I think results are fine (haven't checked that properly) but lately hands have just started not being there. eg I go to a game I won and hands stopped at bb20, or bb200.

Clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected), and set your date filter to ALL HANDS.
If the hands still don't show up, reimport your hands into a new empty database: Options--> Database Management--> Connect--> Create New Database--> (set it as default)--> Start HoldemManager
