Nothing helps. All done as you wrote. I played approximately two hours and Pacific is closed with sound signal. Before it closed on all tables I saw black squares. This problem only on Pacific becouse I play also on PokerStars during 4-5 hours and no problem.
But why only I have this problem :(.

Hi,

Does pacific give the error or Holdem Manager, if its Holdem Manager then Please go to Hud Options > Table Preferences and enable logging. Then recreate the crash and then go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Logs and send Mike the log.txt file with details of whats happening to mlamb1@gmail.com before HM is restarted however if its Pacific that is crashing youll need to contact there support for solutions

Ive not seen this error with other Pacific players so its likely something specific to your configuration, please try updating your graphics card and doing a windows update

I had already updated my drivers to 178.24. And several times I reinstalled my Windows. Didn't help. Today I try to change videocard from GeFOrce 8800GT to Ati Radeon 4850. Maybe it will help.

Today I have played with Radeon 4850 video card and the last drivers. I played on 6 tables during 3.5 hours and Pacific Poker is closed. And after 2.5 hours playing I saw that my PC become slow and slow.
I think that the problem in Pacific software, but Pacific support nothing now about Holdem Manager and says me that I play without any program like HM or PokerOffice.
Today I recalled when I used PokerOffice software after some hour my PC also become slow and slow BUT Pacific poker wasn't closed.

Really nobody played on Pacific during 4 hours and his PC did't become slow and Pacific was closed????

And 10 minutes ago I told with Pacific Poker support by Live Chat. They told me that I have this problem becouse Holdem Manager is not not compatible with Pacific Poker
with Pacific Poker. They told me that there is only one program that 100 % compatible with Pacific. They only ones that would work are those from one of our affiliates e.g Texas Calculatem.

So, what you can tell me about it?

morny

If you want to email me morny@holdemmanager.net we can do a teamviewer session to ensure nothing in settings is causing this

Everyone I know has this problems. I am from a pretty big community in Quebec and every person that plays on Pacific is not able to use HEM because the computer freezes for like 20-30 seconds while playing and eventually shuts down.

Hi, sorry about the issues - we do have lots of people playing on Pacific and most don't have issues which makes duplicating this difficult. I do have an idea what the problem is though. When it starts to slow down could you go into the Pacific hand history folder and Press Ctrl-A to select all the files, Ctrl-X to "Cut" and then go to your archive folder and press Ctrl-V to Paste. After this you should have no files in your pacific hand history folder at least until the next hand completes.

Let me know if this fixes the slow down. If it does then I have some ideas on how to deal with this

Hi Roy. Ok, I will try to play today about 2 hours with CTRL+X and CTRL + V.

A have the question.

1. If I will move all HH files from C:\Program Files\Pacific Hand Grabber\History to archive folder, HM can't process these files to own database.

2. I have noticed that then I play more then 30 minutes on 6 tables in C:\Program Files\Pacific Hand Grabber\History I have more then 500 files and Pacific Hand Grabber shows me the warning about it. It means that HM processes HH files very very slow.

3. Morny also know about this problem. Then I played about 30 minutes I closed Pacific (if it don't crash), HM i don't close and enter to the C:\Program Files\Pacific Hand Grabber\History. I see a lot of HH files. I wait about 1 hour and only after this in C:\Program Files\Pacific Hand Grabber\History there are no files. I see that Pacific Hand Grabber shows me that about 800 HH were exported. BUT I go to HM -> Cash Games -> Sessions (Groupd by day) and I see only about 450 HH.
This is not only on Pacific. On Pokerstars too.

Thanks.

Hello, Roy. Yesterday I played about 2 hours on 6 tables on Pacific and during playing I move files from C:\Program Files\Pacific Hand Grabber\History to HM history folder. Pc don't slow and all was well.
So, I have to do it always?

Hi guys, thanks for verifying the issue. I should be able to automatically start moving these files from HM to avoid this problem completely. Expect something in the next day or so

This one will clear files every 15 minutes which should eliminate the problem but let me know if this needs to be tweaked still.

Hello Roy.

The problem isn't in the HM history folder. Today I've played 1 hour and after 30 minutes my mouse againe become slow and slow and after 1 hour play all tables became black and appered the window with "Not enough resources" and Pacific was closed with error window.

So, I think, you have to test it with your programmers. It's not necessary to sit on the tables. You may only open 6 tables and run HM. The stats are shows and left PC on 1-2 hours. And I think you have this problem like other people.
