View Full Version : HUD Missing On One Table

More often than not, when I set up four tables (my usual) on Stars, HEM's Auto Import fails to recognize the fourth table to be started and fails to initialize its HUD on said table. The only remedy is to close down that fourth table and start a new table. HEM usually, but not always, recognizes the replacement fourth table.

If this is a familiar scenario to anyone I would love to hear about a workaround or a fix.

Could this be a cap table? They are not supported in 1.11.05.

Please try this: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Hm_1.11.06.exe

If that doesn't help please attach your holdemmanager.config file from c:\program files(x86)\rvg software\holdem manager\config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). it may be just called holdemmanager if you've extentions turned off.

netsrak, thank you for your reply. It wasn't a capped table but I updated HEM to the new beta nevertheless. I'll let you know after my next session how it goes.

Oh, BTW - it updated the username/password without difficulty.

Thanks.

netsrak,

Now w/ the new 1.11.06 beta, I cannot get my HUD to appear on any table. HEM is importing data appropriately from live games and crunching the numbers, but the HUD is gone.

Please be aware that up until three days ago, HEM worked seamlessly for two years.

I have a lesson this afternoon (not your problem, I know) but I'm screwed. Any thoughts?

HoldemManager.config attached. Again, thank you.

You should reinstall 1.11.05e: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

As instructed, I installed v1.11.05e over the top of the newest beta. I opened four tables, initialized the Auto-Import and played for an hour. The Table Manager tracked the tables and data while HEM effectively crunched the numbers.

Unfortunately, still no HUD.

Any other thoughts?

1) 3 days ago I was playing my shallow tables as I usually do.

2) Then we had the introduction of CAP tables. Neither HEM nor TN could do these tables.

3) I upgraded to 1.11.06

4) Then I started having problems with the Shallow tables as well.

5) Then I downgraded to 1.11.05

6) Now I have the problem which is mentioned in this thread. Only I am doing 12 tables and grinding SNE.

Now I alternately get an empty HUD or no HUD.

By empty I mean the box shows up but the statistics' spaces are empty. All that is displayed is the player name and the dividing hash marks separating where the statistics used to be in the HUD box. As before, HEM seems to be working along with Table Manager: just no HUD (or HUD stats).

netsrak I would advise you pull this patch for the time being. I am also experiencing the same problems above. It seems once you update to 1.11.06 downgrading will not undo the damage it causes.

Any luck with a patch or work-around? Should I wait or should I install an older version - I miss my HUD.

We're currently testing: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Hm_1.11.06-1.exe

I'd just wait for 1.11.06-2 / 1.11.06b, unless you'd like to help test it too.
The risk is, you' may need to reimport ALL your hands into a new database, because of this downgrading--> all stats show up as |00|00|00|00| bug.

Will do.

Patvs, I sent you a PM. FWIW, I now have a mix of no HUD and empty HUDS.
