hem doesnt start, losing internet connection

when i want to start hem, i am using it since years at this pc always updated to its latest version, it doesnt start, i even cant connect to the internet after clicking the hem button. before i want to open hem everything works fine. i installed latest update and same occurs.. need assistance asap tyty

Which operating system?
Are you using any 3rd party firewall, anti-spyware, adaware, tuning or registry cleaning programs? and if yes which ones?

i am running vista 32bit, mcafee, recently i removed tuneup utilities. its seems to be an internet connection isssue forced by my ethernet adapter. i reinstalled drivers for this device and used netsh winsock reset catalog at cmd. now i am able to start hem. still losing internet connection after a few mintues even my roommate has full access. i guess this isnt caused by hem and wont be supported. thanks for super fast reply

more possibly this is caused by Mcafee
try to tune it (or ...)
