SNGs not be displayed

A large majority of my SNGs are not being displayed.. if I play a session of 6 at a time, 2 or 3 will show up in my HEM.. sometimes it will only import the winning SNGs.. other times it will only import the losing SNGs.. This is on Pokerstars.. I'm not sure if it would do the same on other sites or not. Any ideas?

You have to request tournament summaries manually: Pokerstars > Requests > Tournament Histories...
and import the data from the mail: FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Import Emailed Hand Histories (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/117/Import+Emailed+Hand+Histories+)

Then import them manually to HM.

For new tourneys:
