Hand Imported Error (ongame)

Hi ,i got problem !
I was lost about 150k hand ,now i emailed Ongame (betsafe) Suport,and they was send them to me.
There are two.txt files.
I am tying to import manual , he show me 77000erors and 76951error (from both files)
I am runing HM 1.11.06 Internal
My data setings is M/dd/yyyy
I am runing Operation System Windows 7
Plz Help :(

Can you compare the requested handhistory.... with an original handhistory?

It seems they sent you the handhistories in a completely different format.
HoldemManager can only import the original Ongame formatting.

I think they can,t send another HH.
Because this is second time ,and problem is the same ,when they send me other HH.

HoldemManager doesn't support the handhistories when requested from Ongame.
To make things worse, besides the different formatting it seems they also use a completely different date/time formatting.

You can suggest it, or vote for it, here - that we should support this secondary format (requested hands) Suggestions Forums - Holdem Manager Forums (http://forums.holdemmanager.com/suggestions-forums/)


I'd advise you to also email Ongame, that it makes no sense they use a completely different formatting (and date/time formatting) for requested hands, since it may be something that can also be fixed on their side.
