Importing entraction hand histories

I have a batch of entraction hand histories (VC Poker) in a word document that I want to import in to HEM. How should I go about importing these in to HEM?

We need .txt or html files in the native format from the pokersite.
You should contact the pokersite support for the original hands.

I got the hands from the pokersite by requesting them via manager chat. The woman in support said she just copied and pasted them in to a word document for me. I tried saving the Word document as a .txt file and HEM still would not recognize the hands.

This is not supported. You need the original files.
