I've tried to get HM2 working since day 1 and still can't. The furthest I've managed to get is the initial raise buttons working but not hte 3bet. I can raise to 2.xBB etc but if I want to 3bet to 60% pot etc it puts crazy numbers in like 30BB's. It is unusable.
I have been in touch with support but simply receive emails back that never seem to answer any questions and even cloud the issues further.
Here is an example of what I received back;
From looking at the log file i can see that TN2 does not recognize the type of PS (.eu, .com, etc) your software is, which leads to lots of problems, crashes, etc.
Possible problems:
1. you have PS installed at a non-standard location
2. you're using ',' as your decimal separator ("2,500" means two and a half)
3. you've installed PS long long time ago (not sure?), maybe reinstalled over the old .com version?
I have uninstalled a few times but Stars installs always in the folder here;
C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerStars
There is also a folder here;
C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\PokerStars
I believe they are the same thing.
So that appears to the installed in the correct place surely?
I also have aero correctly set and UAC etc. and also decimal seperator is correct.
Has anybody else had a similar problem?
If TN2 is not recognising the folder then how do I get around this? Surely someone must know.
