Report shows Steal from SB = 100 for all tournaments.
Same with UO PFR% and SB UO VPIP, also 100.
That is not true, I always include some folds ;)

If you import a handhistory where you FOLD the SB into a new empty database...

will the hand show up in reports and it will wrongly state you Steal from SB = 100%
will the hand NOT show up?

I have created the new empty database "Test", then I've pasted a FOLD hand into a new text document with the name 'Text Document', put it into the import folder and imported it manually into "Test". It did not show up.

Then, I've pasted a RAISE hand into a new text document with the name 'Text Document(2)', put it into the import folder and imported it manually into "Test". It also did not show up.

I've activated "Test", of course. So what did I probably do wrong that both hands don't show up?

Besides, running the default database, I never get reports about the active sessions I play, only reports from previous sessions. I have to close and restart HM2 to get the newest reports.

Your computer clock should match your current timestamp in the hands section in active sessions and reports.

if not, open Hand Importing - Site Time Adjustment and make the adjustment.

The formula is Computer clock - Sessions time.

So if your computer clock is January 1 12:00 and your sessions show January 1 5:00, you would add 7 hours.

If your computer clock is behind the Sessions time, you would subtract.

Please send a screenshot of your sessions with computer clock while playing if there is another issue.

Please take and attach a screen shot - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm)

For 8/7/Vista, there is a built-in Snipping Tool in Start - Accessories.

- Please see these steps to fix postgresql connection issues:

http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1001/Can+not+Connect+%7B47%7D+Failed+to+Start+PostgreSQ L+

- Please make sure that you have allowed postgres and pg_ctl in your firewall and antivirus exceptions. They are in postgres\bin. See this guide for windows firewall:

http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1052/Windows+Firewall+%7B47%7D+Defender+Problems

- Please update windows fully. Please keep checking until it shows twice five minutes apart that there are no more updates.

- Please update your network adapter. Open device manager and find the model #. Search google for the model # drivers to download.

- Please run the windows repair on your winsock:

How to determine and to recover from Winsock2 corruption in Windows Server 2003, in Windows XP, and in Windows Vista (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/811259)

If you are using Mcafee, Norton, Comodo or AVG for security, they have been causing a lot of issues with postgres lately. We recommend using a different program, such as Microsoft's firewall and Microsoft Security Essential. If you do feel that you need Comodo or AVG, uninstall first, install postgres, then reinstall after it is working.

Download the same version you are running from Download PostgreSQL | EnterpriseDB (http://www.enterprisedb.com/products-services-training/pgdownload#windows) - do not use 9.1 or 9.3. Uninstall yours. Do not run stackbuilder.

Right click the setup file, click properties. Click the unblock button at the bottom.

Empty the c:\temp and/or c:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Temp folders.

Install in the same location yours was installed in.

If there is still an issue, we need to know the error - it is in the temp folder - bitrockinstaller.txt file.

Please create a new database.

1) Click the database name in the bottom right corner (2nd in)

2) Click the green + sign

3) Name it, click ok.

4) Import the hands from c:\hm2archive

If they still do not show right, Please zip and email the original hand history and tournament summaries (for Stars, FTP, and Pacific) files from c:/hmarchive and/or c:\hm2archive

files are zipped by right clicking - send to - compressed folder

For multiple files, copy to a folder, then zip them.

Computer clock, postgres (8.4), firewall and antivirus exceptions, windows updates, network adapter: Up to date and running.

I have uninstalled 3rd party antivirus software (Avira) now. Do I have to reinstall HM2 then?

You don't have to reinstall HM2.

Update HM2 to: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/7816_Hm2AutoUpdate.exe

Email us a handhistory file where you FOLD the SB in such a HU SNG with a link to this thread.
