Nothing happens when I click on replay hand/replay selected hands/replay all hands, or double klick on a hand.
I updated HEM, still nothing.

I would do a full re-install but I have so many settings that I don't want to loose...
Anything else I could try besides a clean re-install? Can I send some log files or similar?

Are you trying to replay a hyper turbo SNG hand?

Update to:
http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.01_04Jun2013.exe

Which site are the hands from?

Please give HoldemManager Administrator rights -

1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Right-click the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Do the same for HMImport.exe, HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/98/How+to+Import+%26+Export+Hands
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/372/Reinstalling+on+a+new+PC+-+Backup+Tips

If you continue to have problems, Please zip and email the problem hand histories, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

If you want to try a reinstall you can backup the settings manually.

1) Export any custom HUD configs individually, make a backup of your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder, and any other important files. If you have custom filters/reports/stats, just copy the entire \holdem manager folder before uninstalling.
2) Uninstall HM with Revo Uninstaller Pro - Uninstall Software, Remove Programs easily, Forced Uninstall, Leftovers Uninstaller (http://www.revouninstaller.com) using the Deep setting. You do not need to uninstall PostgreSQL.
3) If given the option, on the 2 following screens of Revo, remove any registry entries and leftover files. If you have Holdem Manager 2 installed do not delete any folders in C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager. If Windows XP - C:\Documents and Settings\[Username]\Application Data\HoldemManager.
4) Reboot your computer
5) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe. You should un-check the PostgreSQL Option when running the combo installer.
6) Test if it for a while and see if it works

Okay, contacted email support and tried everything except a complete re-install.
Problem is there is no uninstall.exe in the holdemmanager directory, and HEM is not listed in the Revo-Uninstaller list or windows 'Programs and Features' list....

What do I do now?

It sounds like you might have installed originally using an update patch instead of a full setup file which would explain the replayer problems.

Run this full setup file - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe

Then update with the latest patch - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/releases/373771-latest-internal-beta-hm1-update.html

See if that solves the replayer issues and if the problems persist you should be able to do a proper uninstall/reinstall now.
