Hello,

I've bought a new laptop and installed HM1 with all other stuff. Then I imported all my huge handhistory. After I realised that when I see the number of last sessions in the "sessions derictory" and choose one of them there are no played hands in the window below. I tried to correct import time for rooms but it doesnt help. It relates not only my old handhistory but and new hands. They dont appear as well. In spite of that everything works fine at "reports directory" and "hands directory", all hands appear there.

Could u pls help me?

All the best

Please update to this version:

http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.01_04Jun2013.exe

Remove the hands winner, winning pot size, winning hand in settings - hands view columns.

I've installed this update and deleted these columns but no effect. And I saw more that hand replayer doesnt work at all. I see hands in "reports directory" and "hands directory" but when I wanna replay them it doesn't work at all. It doesnt work at your update and on my previous HM1 version from 14 may 2013 (HmUpdate_Release_1.13.01_14May2013). There are still no hands in "sessins directory" as well. That windows 8 will make me crazy :(

Set the date formatting of your computer to M/d/yyyy (and not to European default d/M/yyyy) with regional settings English (United States)

In the sessions tab--> set the date filter to all hands, game filter to 'All Games' and Clear filters (even though it appears no filters are selected)

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please give HoldemManager Administrator rights -

1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Right-click the HoldemManager.exe and choose "Properties".
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select "Run this program as an Administrator".
4) Do the same for HMImport.exe, HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/98/How+to+Import+%26+Export+Hands
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/372/Reinstalling+on+a+new+PC+-+Backup+Tips

I have windows 8, windows default firewall and avira antivirus

All files are selected as "Run this program as an Administrator". I created a new db, imported some hands and replayer still didn't work. What next can I do?

Thank you in advance!

What type of hands are you trying to replay?
Are they hyper turbo hands?
Hands played on which site?

Here are some general replayer tipps, can you first check step 7?

* The replayer is not working with the Comodo firewall. You need to uninstall it.
If thats not the reason please try the following:.
1. close HM
2. create a backup copy of the file config\holdemmanager.config
3. open the original file in a texteditor like notepad
4. delete the 2 lines with the following settings:
setting name="ReplayerSettings" ...
and
setting name="ReplayerSkinToUse....
5. save and exit
6. restart HM. The lines in the config file will be recreated.
7. check the subfolder replayer skin\default skin of your holdemmanager installation path (default c:\program files(X86)\rvg software\holdemmanager. Does this folder exist and contain files? If not please come back, we need to send you the files.
8. Test the replayer again. If it still doesn't work you need to reinstall HM with a fresh configuration.

my replayer path (d:\Programs\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\ReplayerSkin\) contains only 1 folder and it's "CardRunners". It contains several png,jpg and xml files. There is no any "default*" folders

That indicates you installed originally with an update patch instead of the full setup file and are missing many critical files that are part of the setup file but not part of the update patch. You should try to run a full setup file then update to the latest build.

Download and install this file - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe

Then run the latest update patch again - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.01_04Jun2013.exe

If none of that helps, I would suggest a clean reinstall:

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/126/Using+Revo+Uninstaller+

http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/99/Reinstalling+HEM+without+Losing+Preferences+

1) Export any custom HUD configs individually, make a backup of your C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder, and any other important files. If you have custom filters/reports/stats, just copy the entire \holdem manager folder before uninstalling.
2) Uninstall HM with Revo Uninstaller Pro - Uninstall Software, Remove Programs easily, Forced Uninstall, Leftovers Uninstaller (http://www.revouninstaller.com) using the Deep setting. You do not need to uninstall PostgreSQL.
3) If given the option, on the 2 following screens of Revo, remove any registry entries and leftover files. If you have Holdem Manager 2 installed do not delete any folders in C:\Users\[Username]\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager. If Windows XP - C:\Documents and Settings\[Username]\Application Data\HoldemManager.
4) Reboot your computer
5) Install the complete setup of HM: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/Holdem_Manager_Setup.exe. You should un-check the PostgreSQL Option when running the combo installer.
6) Update to the latest patch - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.01_04Jun2013.exe
7) Test if it for a while and see if it works
