How to disable HUD on individual tables without Table Manager?

Also, how do I bring the HUD boxes of each player to the default position?

You cant do this without Table Manager, because Table Manager essentially IS your HUD. To disable a table using Table Manager, simply untick the check box in Table Manager next to whatever table you want to close the HUD on.

HUD positioning should start on its default location.
