Hello, it seems like my PokerStars is not saving the hand histories to the folder I'm telling it to. I have changed the default file PokerStars already had set and when I play I just don't see any hands saved there. Because of this I can't see my stats or anybody's stats because the HUD is just not loading up.

I use windows 7 if this can help guide to a solution.
I also own the latest version of HEM.

Thanks.

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/Hm_1.11.06_Internal.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab. If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

Since HoldemManager moves the files to the archive folder anyway, just let PokerStars save its handhistories to the default folder?

I'm using Windows 7 Professional, I use the windows firewall and NOD32 antivirus. All the files are set to run as admin already.

I tried remembering the default folder PS puts in but I don't remember it. I tried reinstalling PS so that it goes back to the default folder but it doesn't change.

You know what it is?

Also, is HEM supposed to work while playing for play money chips?

Thanks.

HM doesn't support play money tables.

Set your PokerStars lobby to English.
Make sure it saves the handhistories in English.

Make sure PokerStars.exe has administrator privileges.
Try reinstalling PokerStars.

I already did all of that. I was playing on FTP and other sites couple days ago and it worked fine, but not on PS. I'll try putting the default folder back instead of the one I put.
