Can I use the 75$ credit toward + 24$ with a credit card to buy the sngwiz ? or do I need a 100$ credit toward.

On the sngwiz official site have no promotions like that "get it free" with credit toward on the HM site, btw I dont need to have the HM soft. or anything else to be eligible for this toward credits promotion right ?
