Hello
Been having a bit of trouble with the rush hud in the last few days so i tryed updating to the lastest version but still no luck so i thought id let you guys know about it..

Its when im playing 4 tables of rush the hud on 1 table will fail to update after quick folding a hand and will just leave the previous players stats until i fold again then it will load the new stats fine?

only happens every so often aswell maybe like once or twice every 20 hands ?
and seems to be totally random which table it happens on..

Thanks Luke:)

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Also try creating a new empty database, reimporting your hands.

OS : Windows 7
Firewall : windows firewall
anti-virus : windows security esstentials

I've never had a problem with my hud ive played 8 tables of ring game cash and its fine so im pretty sure theres nothing wrong with my setup or database? as soon as i play 4 tables of rush then 1 tables just glitches out every so often?

seems like a bug to me it seems to be when i quick fold a couple of the tables at similer times it like struggles to load multiple huds for multiple tables and my pc is pretty fast?

Which SQL version are you using? Can you update SQL from PostgreSQL: The world's most advanced open source database (http://www.postgresql.org) (to 8.4.6 if you were using 8.4)
Vacuum/analyse/reindex your database, defrag your harddisk, etc.

ok now im using postgres sql 9 done everything you reccomended and problem still persists on 4 tables of rush cash.. only every now and again 1 table fails to load the hud and leaves all the old players from the previous hand up and then as soon as the hand is finished it will change to the next lot of new players.

ive upgraded my pc running a dual core 2ghz processer 2gig ram so dont think its a performance issue think its defenitly somthing for you guys to look at.

give it ago try running 4 games of rush cash see if you get the problem

getting 2 brand new hard drives 2moro going to stripe them for performance and ill try again see if this solves the problem..

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Turn off OCR and turn off live tracking for Full Tilt.

Add exceptions for Windows Firewall to postgres.exe
Add the entire HoldemManager and PostgreSQL to the anti virus exceptions list.
