HUD statistics on ZOOM tables PS are updated with a delay of about 7-12 seconds.
Win XP. HoldemManager 1.13.01

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

Please update to the latest beta -
http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.01_04Jun2013.exe

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe, even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates./

also had this problem - solved :) was googling before so long and already thinking that I will not find solution myself. I hate that google does not find HM1 currenlty, lot of things it returns for Hm2 :(

I have this same problem on windows 8. Can you please help? I tried to download the last link but it didn't work it keeps popping up an error message saying there is error replacing files

That error is because HM1 is not closed properly and some of the processes are still running. Reboot your pc then install the update as soon as the PC reboots. This will insure that HM1 processes are not running when trying to update.

What about pokerstars.fr zoom tables there is the same problem hud delay for 1 hand

Make sure with PokerStars.fr the correct PokerStars.exe file (in the /PokerStars.FR/ subfolder) is started as administrator.

Hello,

I Have Hm1 Holdem+Omaha version 1.14.02, Windows 7. Hud in Zoom is lagging and showing opponents few hands back.
i have set all files as administrator, UAC turned off, windows is updated and drivers as well.
HUD on normal tables is working properly.

any ideas what i should do more?

PokerStars had a recent update to their client which broke the Zoom HUD for both HM1 and HM2.

Zoom HUD HM1: download/install the latest HM2 update and copy the fastfold.dll and starscommunicator.hm2 files over to HM1 and rename the fastfold.dll file to blitz.dll the HUD should still work. How long this manual workaround will continue to work for HM1 is unclear as we no longer officially support HM1.

HM2 full installer: Downloads and Manuals - Hold'Em Manager, Omaha Manager & HM Apps (http://www.holdemmanager.com/store/downloads-manuals.php)
HM2 latest update: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/8247_Hm2AutoUpdate.exe

You don't have to run HM2 (I know you use HM1). You only have to copy/paste two HM2 files from the HM2 folder to your HM1 folder. (and rename one of those files).

You have to install HM2 so you can copy over the HM2 zoom files to HM1 and rename them as instructed above. There is more about this in this other thread/forum - http://forums.holdemmanager.com/manager-general/450092-ps-zoom-holdem-manager-1-a.html

We stopped selling HM1 licenses when HM2 was released in November of 2011. We stopped updating for critical bugs and providing support for HM1 at the end of April 2014 - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/661/HM1+End+of+Life+(EOL)+Common+Questions


If you continue to have problems there is nothing else we can do since we no longer support this software so you should consider trying HM2. If you have not tried it recently you should be able to install the latest update and activate a new 30 day trial. If you have any problems with the trial let us know and we can extend the trial for you manually.

thank you both ... a question and I speak Spanish and translation may not be misunderstood : the file blitz.dll have to delete it? or rename clicking the right mouse button on the file and properties blitz.dll put the name of fastold.dll ? I copied the file fastfold.dll and the starscomunnicator but holdem manager 1 in the blitz file I misunderstood what to do ...

I did exactly as described, and it didn't work for me. Stats are still showing with a 1 hand delay. No luck?

If that workaround doesn't work for you there is nothing more we can do.
