ipoker stats problem

when i start a fresh session on a table where i played some hands in the past
my stats show all the hands played on the table and i would like for them to start from 0 every new session

i did set up hero name

Are you playing headsup?
If you play the same table within 30 minutes, HoldemManager will think it's the same session.

To fix this, change the session duration time.

today i encountered the problem again...
i start a session after 2 days and when the hud loaded my stats were starting at 28 hands

Try creating a new database, reimporting your hands.

ok , this is still going on. now that i have played on all tables at my poker room, it is happening all the time on every table.

i did change the session duration and nothing happens
and i did setup hero name ...

help please !!

Is this only for the first hand or even after importing some hands while playing?
Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Program Files(X86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder (or something similar depending on your installation). It may be just called holdemmanager if you've extentions turned off.

no , not only for the first hand. simply if i played 350 hands in the past on this table it displays all my hands played on that table

Sorry thats the wrong file.

You find it in the config subfolder of your holdemmanager installation path and the name is holdemmanager.config. The file you attached is originally named holdemmanager.exe.config in the main HM folder.

yes i did , and this is only happening at ipoker ... stars works fine

If you play HU against:
-the same opponent, on the same table
-different opponent, on the same table as you played 15 minutes ago

HoldemManager currently is unable to "reset" the stats.


You said... this would even happen after TWO days.
When you finish a session, make sure you leave the auto import running for 30 minutes, so all your handhistories are being moved to the archive folder. (and the next session you play your import folders are empty)

i barley ever turn off my computer or HEM ... so the auto import is almost always on ...

The auto-import is not designed to run for days.

Can you try to restart HM between the sessions to see if it makes a difference?

ok, i will try to turn hem off after every session and report back but yeah , i have been running it for weeks on time ....
