party missing seat messes hud

when someone is missing from the table the hud thinks its 8seat table. seating prefs doesn't have a 7 or 8 table and the hud gets totally messes up .

this is an old bug i think i had it in 2012. will you ever fix it please?
it makes the hud and hem totally unreliable in party, you just pray that 10 ppl will seat at your table

What tables are you playing so we can have our testers try to reproduce this? Fast Forward? MTT? The problem on FF tables is a known issue but I don't see any open tickets for other table/game types.

I am playing MTT tables. They are 10seaters. If 1 or 2 ppl are missing HEM thinks its 8 seats (selector up top). When I manually put it to 10 then its ok until it reads next HH then it again assumes its 8seater.
there are no 8seaters in party. just make it default 10

I think it is related to this ticket which apparently affects all tournaments and not just rebuys so I removed the 'rebuy' word from the title:

HM2 can`t detect table size in rebuy tournament on Party
