Steal pct 4-6 bbs

Hi, I see that this stat means this: "Steal % with 4-6bb's stack left." Does this mean the stealer starts with 4-6bb's and may make a min raise or all in, or anything in between? Or does it mean stealer is shoving with 4-6bb's in unopened pot? I would like to know how often someone steals with various stack sizes. Is there a way for me to do this? Thanks.

I believe it means the former. How many bbs are in the stack when stealing, not necessarily how many bbs you raise/shove.
