Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.
Turn off User Account Control: How to Disable and Turn Off UAC in Windows 7 « My Digital Life (http://www.mydigitallife.info/2008/12/30/how-to-disable-and-turn-off-uac-in-windows-7/) and reboot.

For HM1: Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)

This is a hidden SYSTEM file. (not just a regular hidden file)

Once deleted, the next time you start HM1, you'll be able to enter the serial again.
Also reset your HM1 serial.
Please go to http://www.holdemmanager.com and signup with a new login name and password or use your existing account. After that, navigate to "Upload License Code" and you can quickly add your serial code and reset it whenever you need to.

Have you tried resetting your license?
Please give HoldemManager Administrator rights:
1) Go to C:\Program Files\Holdem Manager 2\ (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
2) Right click the HoldemManager.exe and choose “Properties”.
3) Go to the Compatibility Tab. Select “Run this program as an Administrator”. If the option is greyed out, this is because UAC is disabled. In which case, enable UAC. Disable User Account Control (UAC) the Easy Way on Win 7 or Vista - How-To Geek (http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/disable-user-account-control-uac-the-easy-way-on-windows-vista/). Reboot the PC. Then do step 3 and disable UAC again.
Do the same for HudFuncsApp.exe
4) Next, Enable the option to see Hidden Files and Disable “Hide protected operating system files”: How to see hidden files in Windows (http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/tutorials/tutorial62.html) - It should look like this: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/images/hidden.jpg
5) Now Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\ Holdem Manager 2.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\ Holdem Manager 2.lic)
Note: If you can not find that file DO NOT delete any other files.

Then reset your license code in the my account section at Hold'em Manager Poker Software - Best Poker Tracking Software (http://www.holdemmanager.com)
