PokerStars missing hands

Hello, in the last 3 months I had have 5 sesions where there is a difenrent between the money I lost or win in the cashier and the HM, always 2 usd or 1 bb.
Yesterday, I have one of this sesions and pokerstars support sent me my hand history for this sesion and they have 1684 hands and the HM only show me 1683 and there was the 1 bb diferent.

Is there a way solve this? or I have to recuest to pokerstars suport my hand history every time that I detect this problem?.

To be save I'd request the PokerStars HH every 2-3 months.

The problem is caused by HoldemManager not being able to import a incomplete or missing handhistory. Most likely, there was one hand you won, where you either closed the table too early, or the handhistory wasn't fully written to the .txt file.
