Stars hud not appearing on some tables

Been having an issue for a couple of weeks across several versions where i get some tables with a working HUD and other tables have no hud at all. If I attach the table finder to the table the hud then works on that table. On some tables wherethe hud is working , it can take a bit 20+ hands for neew players stats to appear whilst other players seem to be ok.
Wasn't sure if this was down to having too large a databse , so have creatyed a new database and just import recent stars hands into it to see how it work.
Ive attached a screenshot showing a table with no hud, couple of tables in the background showing the hud and the active session tab showing thatthe table without the hud had registered 20+ hands.

on the top right table , rockwilder shows the lack of hus for individual players as he has a 60$ stack on a 50nl table,and table finder shows 12 hands from that table.

Make sure you're using a default table size.
In your current 'chat box' there are 8 lines.
By default there should be only 6 lines. So make your tables smaller.
Once the table is detected and the HUD shows up, you can increase the table size again.


Alternatively, try using a different Table Theme, in PokerStars--> go to view--> table theme--> set it to BLACK
