no player-stats on redkingspoker

my hem is properly importing hands on redkingspoker, but it doesn't show the hud-stats for both players. interestingly it does show the box with the last 3 hands though.
i did close HEM, delete prefs.xml, pospref2.txt, pospref4.txt and exenames.txt as well as my config-files and tried it again. i dont even need to use the table finder because the table manager automatically finds it but still there are no stats.
The entry in the exenames.txt is "10,RedKingsPoker.exe"
