My Ongame stats are not showing

Hello,
I have all the hands and statistics in my Holdem Manager but i dont have the satts in the software.I tried with the table manager too but it doesnt happen.I am with 1.11.05e version.Can you please give me a solution.

Yep same with me, I downloaded the new release today and now I dont have a hud, although it still shows my table in the table finder

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Note: HM must display version 1.11.05e-1 (and not just 1.11.05e)


1) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup.
2) Close HM and the Table Manager.
3) Delete your existing HUD Prefs files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\prefs.xml, pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt, and pospref4.txt and exenames.txt
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK

I updated to the latest version from the link u gave but still in my holdem manager it appears 1.11.05e.
Can you please explain more steps 1) and 3) and in step 4) i have prefs.xml_1.05.08 prefs.xml_1.04.13.Do i have to delete both?

The version number remains the same with this update.

You only need to delete prefs.xml which may be displayed as prefs..... xml file or something like that.
The other files may appear like
pospref.....text file
pospref2.....
pospref4....
Don't delete the prefs files with numbers in the name.

1) use the export function in the player preferences for all your hud configurations

Is it same? After installing Hm_1.11.05e-1.exe HM is "1.11.05e" on the caption.

It worked when i deleted the pref files and now i see the stats with table finder but i was modified my hud statistics and now they are the default ones in all sites.Can you please help me in this case

hud options--> player preferences-->

is your old custom HUD still listed?
If it is, assign the default and Ongame HUD to a different site, and assign your custom HUD to Ongame.

There's only default on the choose configuration field.But i saved all "the pref files" that i deleted in other directory as a backup as u said.Can we do something?

Then restart HoldemManager.

And re-check the hud options--> player preferences--> use for tab settings.

hi. i need help. Holdem manager shows stats only for upper half of table..can you help me? my OS is windows 7. my friend have XP and every things is ok...what is trouble?

im having the same problem. also...how do you get the hollywood poker skin to ALWAYS sit in seat 8. also..after about 5 hands or so i had to manually move the stat boxes into the right place..that doesn't seem right? i have set the preferred seating in holdem manager to seat 8 on a 10 max table, as the FAQ says.

If you have Vista and the checkboxes are greyed out and you can't select it, please turn UAC on, reboot, and then set the files to run as administrator.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall, even if it is off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily - http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=171

Make sure your video card drivers and windows auto updates are fully updated. Make sure you have Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 (or later for w7) installed.


If the HUD stats move--> also try hud options--> table preferences--> lock the layout
