my HEM has started to get stuck almost daily. The main window of HEM gets unresponsive, but HUD keeps working. In order to restart HEM, I have to stop it using Task Manager, but also kill HMHud.exe and HMImport.exe processes (otherwise it won't restart). After restarting HEM, It usually takes multiple tries to restart HUD aswell - it just doesn't want to launch anymore.

Some details:
- Windows 7
- HEM 1.11.05e
- PartyPoker client, autoimport and HUD running
- Table Scanner scanning with 2min interval (classic scan. Possible cause?)

I bet it will be hard to track this kind of occasional problem, but I'm happy to send log files (if it creates any?) or other additional information.

Read:

and go over all the steps.

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions for those files to the windows firewall, even if it is off.
