Hello,

I use hold'em manager 1 on Bwin.be (partypoker). For most tourneys it works fine, but there are certain tourneys (all qualifiers, pokerfest,etc...) where I have a problem with my HUD. The HUD doesn't start automatically when you start the auto import, but when you use the table finder, hold'em manager recognises the table and the HUD pops up. The problem is that from then on there are no hands added to the HUD's statistics during the tourney. You always have to go through the table finder and start the process again manually if you want the previously played hands to be added to the stats. Is there a solution for this?

Kind regards,

Louigi

Please send us as individual files:

a hand history for the table
a screenshot of the table
a screenshot of the sessions ribbon with your computer clock in view
and a screenshot of the table created by running Software | Catch22 (http://catch22.net/software/winspy)

For info on using winspy, see this: howtousewinspy - fozzy71's library (http://www.screencast.com/t/wLo1BcV7hc8v)

I had a crash on the computer, so I had to reinstall HM1. I used to have this problem on certain tourneys as mentioned before, but now it's for every tourney. I'm pretty sure the timezone for bwin and hold'em manager are the same (saw this solution somewhere else on this forum). Not sure if this changes things...

If I'm not mistaken I had the same problem long ago with unibet. THe solution then was to copy the handhistory folder from unibet in the HMarchive folder, but that doesn't do the trick on Bwin. My HUD worked fine before Bwin and partypoker merged, but I can only play on a Bwin account due to belgian legislation!

Update: http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.01_04Jun2013.exe

Is HM1 importing all the handhistories for these games?
Manually check the auto import folder settings and -if needed- add the Bwin.be folder.

Make sure the lobby language of the pokerclient is in English.
