TableNinja Version 1.2.89.0 -- Black table theme support

Hey guys,

We've added support for the PokerStars Black theme. Make sure you have set your theme both in PokerStars>View and in TableNinja>Setup before testing. We also added support for the "Checking is free" popup at Limit tables.
