Hi
yesterday was a big update at 5050poker (microgaming) and after this update I have problems with my HM. It missing about 3/4 hands both in the hud and hm itself. What can I do to fix it? Plz help

I have the 1.11.05e version

I have the same problem, seems to work on other skins though according to friends.

5050 poker is already testing the BETA-version of a new client, which is supposed to be used on all Microgaming skins soon.

We're looking into a fix for this. As it will affect all Microgaming skins soon.


(at the moment, like with your friends, it does not affect other Microgaming skins still using the original client software)

Okay, good to know you're on top of the problem :)
I would also like to inform you that the table scanner is not functioning anymore after the update also.
Do you have an ETA on the fix? So I will know whether it's worth getting an acc on another MG-skin while we wait for the fix.

I have no ETA for when it will be fixed.
Though both issues (HM + TableScanner) for 5050 are not going to be fixed overnight.

So it can take 3-4 days.. up to 1-2 weeks. I don't know how severe this issue is caused by the new beta-client.

Microgaming have released a new update which should fix this issue, youll probably need to delete the old gamehistory.dat file in your 5050poker folder and restart the client then it should work on new hands going forward, unfortunately since it was a bug we dont have a way to reinstall the hands previously written

Yes, the import is working fine now, but the table scanner is not working. It says cannot detect prima lobby when I try to scan. Any suggestions?

We have reported this to the developer and were working on a fix for the scanner, the importing and hud issues should be resolved since microgaming done the last update, you may need to delete your gamehistory.dat file and restart the poker client if you have issues with importing or the hud.
