Custom Layout - Save button not active

Hey, is it a bug or am I doing smth wrong? In Layout Editor selecting Custom Layout, clicking Edit, new window appears allowing to add and modify tables, but can't save it. Can Set Default, can Use Now, but after closing Custom Layout Manager window and reopening it all tables are in default position. Save button in Layout Manager window is not active all the time (it becomes active when editing Tile for example, but not custom).

This is a bug, documented in ticket HM-6970.
