I'm pretty sure they just screwed up the update. I deleted mu old gamehistory file because it was to big and the new one is still at 0 kB and the handhistory replayer in the software is blank, not getting any hands.

I was wrong, it does record hands but they are all screwed up. I just sent a mail with the Gamehistory.dat file, let me know if you need anything else.

5050 poker is already testing the BETA-version of a new client, which is supposed to be used on all Microgaming skins soon.

We're looking into a fix for this. As it will affect all Microgaming skins soon.

Sorry for a offtop, but as we were asked to send a GameHistory.dat file, can I be 100% sure that my hand history will ONLY be used for solving the main problem? I'm just a little nervous that I send my hand history maybe too rashly.

All handhistories are only used for internal HoldemManager testing.
The only people that have access to the handhistory are HoldemManager TECH members and programmers.

Is there any progress in solving the problem? How much time can it take to fix it?

They are reverting back to their original code, it should auto fix once they release the next update.

It turns out Microgaming made a mistake and will fix this issue on their side. They write:
"a defect which we introduced with the new client is causing the problems.
We plan to fix this issue ASAP before the bulk rollout of the new client to all other operators."

Microgaming have released a new update which should fix this issue, youll probably need to delete the old gamehistory.dat file in your 5050poker folder and restart the client then it should work on new hands going forward, unfortunately since it was a bug we dont have a way to reinstall the hands previously written

Logged on for the update, deleted the gamehistory.dat and restarted. Now it seems to work fine again. Thanks.
