I'm not sure if HM is supposed to do this, but it would be much better if the Reports and Sessions tabs would remember the ( ) Last 100, ( ) Last 500, ( ) All, [ ] Only Show Marked Hands and [ ] Show Known Cards preferences. Every time open HM, it defaults to (x) Last 100 and the hands view can take quite a while to load (60 seconds or so), but with [x] Only Show Marked Hands it loads very quickly.

Yep, it actually doesn't remember those things.
You can put a suggestion here: http://holdemmanager.uservoice.com/

Nevertheless, 60sec for 100 hands is not normal. What's your version?

If you have recently upgraded your version, it sometimes helps to remove these things in "Options => Hands View Colomn Selection":

I'm using 1.06.04 beta 11.

I removed the last three columns, but it is still very slow. I timed it this time with 100 hands and it took over 3 minutes.

Update your version and tell me if it works better:

Updated and it is much faster, only a couple of seconds when the last three columns are removed. Thanks.

With the last three columns, it is pretty slow, however. Why do these columns make it so much slower?

This is a known issue and Roy is currently working on this. I don't know the "why" about that sorry. But if you want, I can ask this question to Roy?

No, that's alright, I was just wondering.
