View Full Version : Microgaming HUD doesn't work

Version HEM1 1.13.01, Win7

Hi, I just can't get HUD working in microgaming plo cashgames, it doesn't show up at all. I Read some posts, I deleted exenames-> hud showed up but didn't collect any hands. After boot it doesn't show up anymore.
Ideas? Hud works fine in Ongame, iPoker and Pokerstars.

Nope, there is 1 hand in sessions and all the stats shows 0.0.

How do I check this if I cant get any hands to sessions or reports?

e: nevermind, im just a donkey :)

Now they should be right but still doesnt work.

I think your email only contained a handhistory file, so another member of our support staff didn't know what it was about.
The email was moved to a Bugs bucket. I've -just now- added this thread as a note to the email, so they'll now be able to reply.

I have downloaded v 1.13.01 internal, and it still don't work. I can see that the hands does not import,so don't think it is a HUD problem. Strange I can see that the Table Manager is another version 1.12.10c

Same thing here, same versions. Table manager finds the tables but hands are not importing.

The table manager is a different build #, that is fine.

Move the c:\microgaming\sitename\pokermpp\gamehistory.dat file to your desktop.

Manually import that file.

Close your poker client.

Reopen to create a new gamehistory file.

Try now.

1) Close HM and the Table Manager. Please update to the latest beta - http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmBetaUpdate.exe
2) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup in HUD Options - Player Preferences.
3) Delete your existing HUD Positions files, so HM will rebuild them to default. The location is in 4)
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt, and pospref4.txt.
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

The table manager is a different build #, that is fine.

Tried to manually import the file, it imported it but didn't find any hands? -> still doesn't work.
Deleted pospref.txt2/4 but I didnt had pospref.txt at all? -> still doesn't work.

PLO20 is the game

e: Tried holdem, nl20. Stats shows up in the table but didnt collect any hands, all stats shows 1 hand and -/-/-/-/-/......

we need to know the EXACT game type. Are these normal tables? Anonymous?

Try importing the file in a new database.

*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.

Make sure you follow the directions exactly.

Pick the table name in the table finder window to highlight it

If you don't see a table name listed, please drag the red X to the table and click OK.

Open the Table Finder again and the list should be populated with the table name now, so you can select it.

Select the table name to highlight it.

Left-click and drag the red X to that table window

Click OK, then Yes.


If you continue to have problems:

Please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot of your desktop - Capture a Screen Shot of your Desktop or the Active Window in Windows (http://graphicssoft.about.com/cs/general/ht/winscreenshot.htm)

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.

Yes, we will need the requested screen shots and hand history files so we can determine the cause of the problems. Also include a winspy picture:

The hud data folder is empty? appdata\roaming\hem data folder I don't have at all...?

Nevermind, got it to work. Im so stupid, I had the wrong language...sorry for your troubles and thank you for helping. Don't know wtf I was thinking I didn't noticed that... :(

Thank you for letting us know what solved your problems. It looks like we never suggested to make sure your poker client software was in English like we normally do so I apologize for that oversight on our part as it could have helped you to solve this faster.

Please update to the latest version - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate_Release_1.13.02_05Aug2013.exe

Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.
