View Full Version : Cant Register on New Windows Install

I've read the threads for "cant register" and still can't. Please help, I've been unable to play for days and my emails are going unanswered.

The real kick in the junk is that I CANT login to the registration system with known user / pw. And it wont send me a new pw because it says the username / email doesn't exist BUT when I try to create a new user, it says it already DOES exist.

Try the NEW registration system:


we have launched a new online form for resetting your own serial codes.

This can be used to clear a code so that it can be used on a different pc or clear a code if your hardware profile changes and it doesn't allow you to continue.

Please go to Hold'Em Manager Poker Tracking and Analysis Software (http://www.holdemmanager.com) and signup with a new login name and password or use your existing account. After that, simply navigate to "Upload License Code" and you can quickly add your serial code and reset it whenever you need to.

Also please try this: (it debugs the software)

1. Update to http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe
2. Create a new text document in the Config folder and name it LicDebug
3. Open HM and register
4. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file

I am already trying that. I have successfully set it up, but when I try to login during the registration process, it says i dont exist.

i have also tried everything listed in those threads you linked before i made this thread.

this email is the login, right? it says i cant login, or even retrieve my password, because my user doesnt exist. then i try to make a new one with that email address, and i cant because it already does exist.

and like i said, i did all the other stuff and checked the proxy settings in ie.

Email sales@holdemmanager.com to look into this. (I have no access to sales related info)

The old Registration Home Page (http://www.holdemmanager.net/registration)
Try creating a new account with a different email address, as that should allow you to add/reset the serial

(but it's better to contact sales, so you can use the new system)
