Make sure UAC is disabled http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=73 and if it still persists then please uninstall Holdem Manager and .net Framework (if youve XP, if you have Vista please run windows update) then reinstall the full version of HM at www.holdemmanager.net and then install this patch: http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloads/HmUpdate1.06.04beta.exe and then install .net framework 3.5 from here http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=333325FD-AE52-4E35-B531-508D977D32A6

Excellent all ok now :)

Whilst I am here, any plans to support the PKR poker site?

Recreate the error and If you go to Control Panel > Admin Tools > Event Viewer then into Windows Logs and finally Applications and see if there is an error there.

It will probaby be a .net runtime error and if so see this thread on installing .net 3 for vista http://www.holdemmanager.net/faq/afmviewfaq.aspx?faqid=14

I've already check applications logs and no errors and the framework 3.5 also.
I'll try the clean up procedure on the blog. Hope it'll work

If youve definetely reinstalled PostgreSQL, HM and .net and UAC is disabled then theres not much i can do via a teamviewer session as i would just be repeating that although id be happy to try if youd like, almost always .net reinstall fixes the problem but in the case where it dosent the only fix that seems to work is to reinstall windows, usually youll can choose the repair install with your windows disk which just replaces the system files but dosent format the hard drive and it usually dosent take that long.
