as title says my hands import fine, but when i click on the report tab it says no hands found, ive cleared the filter so unsure whats going on

Close HM2.
Clear the filters folder in
7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager

If it's not working, Please create a new database.
1) Click the database name in the bottom right corner (2nd in)
2) Click the green + sign
3) Name it, click ok.
4) Import the hands from c:\hm2archive

When I start a new database and import hands, Reports works fine. But the second time I load Holdem Manager 2, it says "No Hands Found." I cleared all filters and deleted contents of the filters folder. Version 2.0.0.7785

- Close HM2
- Please delete everything in
- Win7: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Re ports
- XP: c:\documents and settings\username\application data\HoldemManager\Reports
- Showing hidden files: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/832/How+are+Hidden+Files+Viewed+in+Windows%3F+
- Start HM2 again

The problem is the same. Can you tell me how to downgrade my license to Holdem/Omaha Manager 1? Thanks.

If you own HM2 we can issue you an equivalent HM1 license to use while we work to resolve your issues. This is not a good long term solution as HM1 receives minimal updates at this point and we will stop supporting it altogether at some point in the future.
Please email your details/questions to sales@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread and your forum name and they can issue you a HM1 code.
