HEM was working fine before today, now I am getting the error "Failed to Create Empty Document" when i start an Auto Import. I haven't changed anything with my computer.

I am running HEM as an administrator (all three exe's are set to this) and upgraded to the latest version 1.11.05e but i'm still getting this message.

What gives?

Tried this, none of the suggestions worked. I didn't try a complete uninstal/reinstall, was really hoping i didnt have to deal w/ that

Agreed. Too many folks too quick off the mark for a reinstall when it turns out to be something pretty minor. Suggest you wait for one of the support folks to wake up.

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that
holdemmanager.exe,
hmhud.exe
and dbcontrolpanel.exe
are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

As i said in OP, all three of these exes are and have been set to "run as admin"

Anything else i can try?

Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

I would try updating windows and uninstalling all 3rd party security software/suites, then restart your PC.

Make sure windows is fully updated and change your Windows Control Panel > Regional Settings Format to English (USA).

If none of that helps, I would suggest a clean reinstall:
