View Full Version : importing hands but results don't match my cashier

Hello,

Since a week im having problems getting the right results in results/graph tab.
I think hm might be missing some big hands every now and then causing this problem.
Today I should be up $250, "reports" gives me $500 up and "graphs" gives me $456 up.

What the hell is going on here, it's kinda tilting me.

Please update to this version:

*Try creating a new UTF DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/75/Create+%7B47%7D+Delete+Database
*Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.

if they are still wrong,
Please zip and email the original hand history and tournament summaries (for Stars, FTP, and Pacific) files from c:/hmarchive and/or c:\hm2archive

files are zipped by right clicking - send to - compressed folder

For multiple files, copy to a folder, then zip them.
