hand not importing (ongame)

out of the blue, i can't import hands. it just says "0 files found" when i try to import directly from the ongame hh folder or try to autoimport (even tho the file isn't empty).

i have windows7 and have the newest patch installed. i had this problem recently:

everything has worked since then, but now i have no clue what to do. help?

is HH in English? if not = no import
and try to move HH file to some another place in PC and do manual import from there
