Hi.

I've had some problems with my HUD. First it caused Pokerstars to crash after a few hands. It did this over and over again, before I figured that it really was the HUD causing this. I tried optimizing, but it couldn't finish. Error code 57014. But after this unfinished optimization all was back to normal nonetheless. Today, however, the HUD gave me problems again. It basically worked fine untill it dissappeared from some of the tables (not all). I relaunched, but it still didn't come back to those tables it dissappeared from. So it only came back to those tables it was working fine before relaunch. So I tried optimization again. And it failed.

I'm running 1.11.04C on HEM and 8.4 on Postgres. Using Windows 7 (32bit) with Antivir and Zonealarm using 4GB of memory. Size of my database is 4,13GB. And yes, Postgres and HEM (and Pokerstars) are set on High Priority in the Task Manager. Please help.

Please update to 1.11.05e http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

Please disable prefetch and live-tracking under site-options->stars.

Please run a vacuum/full and a reindex on your database: FAQ - Hold'em Manager Poker Tracking Software :: Vacuum Analyze Database (http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/88/Vacuum+Analyze+Database+)

Done. Everything is working fine again. The automatic vacuuming still couldn't finish though, but the manual did the trick. Thanks!
