Import works, HUD doesn't on Microgaming

Signed up for a different Microgaming skin (BetVictor). Had no problems at the old one (StanJames). The import is working perfectly, but the Table Manager doesn't list tables and the HUD doesn't show up.

I'm on WinXP and using 1.12.10c.

Please update to this version:

Add the folder to your auto import folders list.

Updated, but still nothing. The folder was already added, in fact it is importing, it's just the HUD that isn't popping up.

Make sure your HUD Options - Use For are set correctly.

1) Close HM and the Table Manager. Please update to the latest beta - http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmBetaUpdate.exe
2) Export any custom HUD configs and Copy/Paste your \Config folder before deleting any files as a backup in HUD Options - Player Preferences.
3) Delete your existing HUD Positions files, so HM will rebuild them to default. The location is in 4)
4) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\pospref.txt, and pospref2.txt, and pospref4.txt.
5) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.

Thanks, followed all those steps, but still nothing. Table Manager doesn't show the table I'm playing at still, despite the hands being imported just fine.

There may be something wrong with your tablenames configuration.
Please try this:


1) Close Holdemanager
2) Delete your existing exenames file
Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\exenames.txt
3) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and test on a single cash table.
