Notecaddy won't start taking notes

Hi!, I just bought notecaddy and I don't know why but it won't start taking notes.

I tried to restart the PC and HM2 but still equal. Here's a pic:

It finished before you opened it. There should already be all the notes. If you want to delete them and have it create them again you can do that
