well my HEM is messing up yet again. My HUD pops up on all my tables however only some hands are being picked up by HEM. id say HEM is missing about half of the hands played...

* Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibilty.

im playing on bodog, cash games, i just downloaded the newest HEM version from that link, and im using win 7 .... fwiw HEM still not working obv

might be helpful. HEM is still missing hands on FTP as well, so i guess that eliminates the bdog hand grabber being the problem.

yes, the hud does pop up and the hands played seem to be reflected on HUD but for some reason not all the hands aer portrayed in my HH on HEM or in the graph

Do the hands show up in your reimport that file into a new empty database + clear the FILTERS + set date filter to ALL HANDS?

there is no handhistory text for the FT hands in the HEM database, however it does show up on the hud HH

If so check if your computer's date settings: control panel--> region & language are set to English (United States) with the date formatting M/d/yyyy (so not d/M/yyyy)
And check if the handhistory is in English, and the Full Tilt lobby language is in English.

If all those settings seem OK, email us a handhistory to support@holdemmanager.com
(or just post one hand that imports as error here)

all those settings are currently correct on my comp. i just emailed you guys a HH from HEM but i do not think it was an "error" hand bc i showed up in my HEM obv.ie it will prob be of no help.

the weird thing is that when i went to retrieve the HH from my auto import folder on my hard drive they were all empty for some reason (for both bdog and FTP) ...

i found the archive folder and will list example of HH below. However, for some reason the HMArchive folder only had hands from yesterday jan 17,2011?

most hands appear as this w no mention of postflop play- not sure if this is normal or not.

Which SQL version are you using?
Did you already imported the hand in a new EMPTY database?
(if that works, reimport all your hands into the new database)

If that doesn't work, update SQL first from PostgreSQL: The world's most advanced open source database (http://www.postgresql.org) to the latest version, and than reimport all your hands into a new database.
