regist hm2 problem

Hi,I reinstall hm2 several time recently cos I change my winxp to win7,this time I can't regist my hm2.The error detail:could not activate license at server.No more activations allowed.You must first deactivate the software from the origainal machine befroe attempting to acivate again.
So what should I do?
