Please bear with and help a HM2 Newbie.

I'm used to VPIP and PFR as percentages. What is VPIP/PFR? I have seen it on a lot of HUD configs. I tried it and I see numbers like 400, 633, 200, etc. Can someone please enlighten a newbie?

Also, is there anywhere people have posted good HUD config files?

Last, I noticed references to people downloading/buying massive amounts of hands to import. I'm mostly on Lock/Cake? Thoughts? Good idea? Bad idea? Where to get?

Thanks!

VPIP / PFR = (VPIP % devided by PFR %) * 100%.

A player who has VPIP 8 and PFR 8 will have a VPIP/PFR of 100%.

A player who has a VPIP 21 and PFR 3% will have a VPIP/PFR of 700%.

The higher the number, the more weak-tight / passive-aggressive a player is.

Buying handhistories: It's not allowed by the pokersites to mine handhistories or to buy mined handhistories, so I can't give any information on this. Usually if you already multitable yourself, and play a lot, and already often encounter the same opponents, there really is no need to buy additional handhistories.

Here is a color coded hud. Mostly use it for 6max. It also has popups included.
